Wenger van persie return so we wont sign with any one
The Arsenal manager is excited about the Dutchman's comeback and thinks that the impact that will have will ward off any need to bring in a new face in January.
After making a strong start to the campaign, Van Persie picked up a knee injury that was quickly followed by a muscle problem and he has been missed.
While the Gunners are still riding high in the league, Wenger wants the incisiveness that the former Feyenoord forward brings back in his side.
"He will be like a new signing - that is why we do not buy," the French trainer said.
Wenger is confident that Van Persie's injury is not serious, but warned that he will not be pressured into bringing the player back until he is completely fit.
"I believe it is a short-term problem, a muscular problem - but we need patience," he continued.
"It is a small injury - but if you want to win a horse race you need your horse to be 100 per cent.
"We have played 19 games and he has played eight, but we are still one point off the leader and when he comes back we can finish in a
stronger position.
